In search of two HR Business Partners (HRBP), our client required distinct expertise — one focused on well-being and employee engagement in London, and the other centered on performance management in Bournemouth. Both roles necessitated individuals comfortable operating at the director level, supporting the MD and senior leadership. Having been unsuccessful with a competitor for ten weeks, the client turned to us for assistance.

Recognising overqualification in some cases, we shifted focus to advisors/managers with specific expertise, allowing for growth into the roles. Mindful of the client’s criteria, we engaged in detailed conversations with potential candidates, uncovering their skills and HR passions. Interviews featured presentation briefs, and we provided coaching for optimal performance.

Successful Outcome and Conclusion

Within one month, we successfully filled both role locations after an intensive two-round interview process. The client commended our ability to identify two exceptional individuals who precisely matched their outlined brief.
