Role/Assignment: Two HR Business Partners – Separate Locations
The Challenge
The client needed to recruit two HR Business Partners in separate locations.
Another recruitment agency had already been searching for approximately 10 weeks without successfully filling the positions.
The requirement involved finding two individuals with the necessary HR Business Partner capability while also meeting the geographical and organisational requirements of each position.
Our Approach
We revisited the brief rather than simply continuing the existing search.
Our HR team worked to understand the requirements of each location, the experience needed and the reasons the previous recruitment activity had not produced the required outcome.
We then used our specialist HR network and targeted search to identify candidates who matched the requirements of each position.
The Outcome
