Client Overview

The client sought a HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a Hybrid role with specific requirements: experience coaching and supporting various stakeholders through complex HR policies, processes, and practices; leading projects; HRBP and generalist experience; developing and implementing HR solutions in an agile environment; ideally in higher education. Desirable qualifications included a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, advanced CIPD qualification, and a degree level qualification in HR.

Aware that the client had been searching independently for a while and competing with other agencies, we leveraged our extensive network and inhouse candidate database, shortlisting individuals with prior HRBP experience and asking for recommendations. We contacted potential candidates and targeted our vast HR network.

Successful Outcome and Conclusion

The client conducted three interviews, we successfully placed one candidate, effectively and promptly solving the client’s hiring challenge.

Our approach, which combined leveraging our database, reaching out to potential passive candidates directly, and utilising our social media channels, proved to be highly efficient and resulted in a timely and successful placement.
