We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our client’s Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will engage in the assembly and testing of advanced instruments, including lasers, electro-optic systems, and high-resolution video cameras. The ideal candidate will have excellent assembly skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a close-knit team environment.

Manufacturing Technician Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test instruments according to detailed work instructions and testing procedures.
• Participate in all phases of the operations and manufacturing processes, including the application of lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate on bills of material, part procurement, and stock management to ensure efficient planning and execution of operational tasks.
• Document protocols, track in-process results, and monitor key performance metrics.

The Manufacturing Technician will possess:

• A passion for high tech manufacturing and demonstrable experience in a similar role
• Aptitude for high-precision part assembly, optics handling, and laser operation.
• Some experience in testing and troubleshooting high-technology equipment.
