Bond Williams are seeking an experienced HR professional to join a leading SME business in Poole.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced, 360° HR role, covering everything from day-to-day administration and complex employee relations cases to strategic HR, management development, and process improvement.
This opportunity would suit a Senior HR Advisor looking for their next challenge or an HR Manager who enjoys being operationally involved and wants to take ownership of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the HR strategy and manage the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and restructures.
• Review and improve HR systems, policies, and processes.
• Lead training needs analysis and management development.
• Provide practical advice and challenge to senior stakeholders.

About You:

• CIPD qualified with broad 360° HR experience.
• Confident managing complex ER cases independently.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved at every level.
