A growing, specialist business in the precious metals recovery sector is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support its next phase of commercial growth.
This is a senior, strategic role reporting to the CCO, focused on winning new business within the mining sector and developing long-term client relationships. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to contract negotiation, while working closely with technical teams to deliver commercially compelling solutions.
As a trusted deputy to the CCO, you’ll also contribute to commercial strategy, support key accounts, and represent the business at industry events internationally.
As Business Development Manager Key responsibilities:
- Identify and win new clients across the mining sector
- Manage and grow a pipeline of complex, high-value opportunities
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Develop tailored proposals alongside technical teams
- Support commercial strategy and act as deputy to the CCO
Experience Required:
- 6-10 years’ B2B business development experience
- Background in mining, metals, waste processing or similar
- Track record of closing complex deals
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
