Are you an experienced HR professional from the education sector looking for a hands-on, strategic role?
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and deliver a full HR service within a dynamic academy environment, working closely with senior leadership to drive people strategy while remaining operationally involved.

The Role

  • Lead both strategic and operational HR delivery
  • Manage employee relations and complex casework
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, and staff wellbeing
  • Handle staff investigations and safeguarding matters (KCSIE)
  • Ensure HR compliance, policies, and the Single Central Record
  • Coach and support senior leaders and line managers

About You

  • Must have HR experience within education
  • Proven ability in a hands-on, strategic HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and safeguarding
  • Confident managing complex ER issues and advising senior stakeholders
