Admissions and Enrolment Manager – Bournemouth-Salary up to £40,500k

We are seeking an experienced Admissions and Enrolment Manager to lead a small team and manage the full student admissions cycle within a busy higher education setting.
You will oversee UCAS, direct, and international applications, ensure UKVI compliance, support enrolment activity, and use data to improve processes and performance.

Key requirements:

  • UK HE admissions experience (UCAS & direct entry essential)
  • Knowledge of international admissions & UKVI compliance
  • Team leadership/supervisory experience
  • Strong data and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage complex cases and improve processes
