FP&A Analyst required for a business in growth. This is a high-impact FP&A role working directly with the CFO to build planning, forecasting, and insight from the ground up.

What you’ll do

• Shape budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Turn data into clear insight for leadership and investors
• Challenge assumptions and improve financial visibility
• Support scenario modelling, business cases, and key decisions

What we’re looking for

• 3-4 years in FP&A, commercial finance, or similar
• Strong modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Confident challenging numbers and influencing stakeholders
• Comfortable in fast-moving, change-driven environments
