About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Operations and HR Lead to join a fast-paced academy environment. You’ll take ownership of office operations, lead the admin team, and manage key HR processes while supporting senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily office operations and administration
- Manage, train, and develop the admin team
- Oversee HR processes including recruitment and absence management
- Maintain systems and records (Arbor)
- Support senior leadership with key operational tasks
Experience and Skills Required:
- Experience in HR, operations, or administration
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and MIS systems
- Professional, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines
