About the Role:

An exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Operations and HR Lead to join a fast-paced academy environment. You’ll take ownership of office operations, lead the admin team, and manage key HR processes while supporting senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily office operations and administration
  • Manage, train, and develop the admin team
  • Oversee HR processes including recruitment and absence management
  • Maintain systems and records (Arbor)
  • Support senior leadership with key operational tasks

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Experience in HR, operations, or administration
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and MIS systems
  • Professional, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines
