Payroll Specialist required for a business in growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll run the full payroll cycle, keep everything compliant, and be the go-to expert across finance and people teams.
What you’ll do
- Take end-to-end ownership of monthly payroll
- Check and submit pay, bonuses & commissions with precision
- Partner with People team on starters, leavers & data accuracy
- Manage pensions, salary sacrifice & company car deductions
- Handle HMRC activity (PAYE, P11Ds, PSAs, etc.)
- Post payroll journals and deliver clear reporting & insights
- Produce KPI reports for senior leadership and group reporting
What you bring
- Solid payroll experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
- Confidence working with finance, HR and external bureaus
- Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
