We’re looking for a Facilities & EHS Lead to take ownership of safety, compliance, and facilities within a growing pilot manufacturing environment.

Facilities & EHS Lead responsibilities include:

• Lead health & safety across the business
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance
• Manage facility layout, utilities, and environment
• Support installation and safe operation of manufacturing equipment
• Oversee waste, chemicals, and environmental compliance
• Work closely with teams during pilot manufacturing runs

Experience required:

• Experience in EHS / Facilities within manufacturing, biotech, or labs
• Strong knowledge of H&S and environmental regulations
• Hands-on, practical approach with strong problem-solving skills
