Primary Care Navigator – Poole | £12.90ph-Full & Part-Time Hours

A busy GP network in Poole is seeking a friendly and organised Primary Care Navigator to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, triaging queries, directing them to the right healthcare services, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient cases and online consultation requests
• Escalate urgent issues to clinicians promptly
• Book appointments and maintain accurate patient records
• Signpost patients to appropriate services and resources
• Communicate professionally with patients via phone and messaging

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Previous healthcare or patient-facing experience is desirable
