Medical Call Handler – Poole – £12.70ph – Full and Part time hours available
We’re looking for a friendly, organised telephonist to join a busy GP practice in Poole. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, recording information accurately on clinical systems, and directing patients to the right services.

Responsibilities:
Answer patient calls and enquiries professionally
Record patient details on clinical systems
Support reception duties and administrative tasks
Signpost patients to appropriate services

Experience & Skills:
Excellent communication and telephone manner
Strong customer service and admin skills
Calm under pressure with good typing ability
Previous healthcare or GP experience is a bonus
