Ecommerce Manager – Bournemouth – Up to 55k + Bonus-Hybrid

We are seeking a commercially driven Ecommerce Manager with at least 3 years’ experience managing multiple Shopify storefronts. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role with full ownership of D2C performance across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute ecommerce strategy to drive revenue, CVR, and AOV growth
• Lead customer journey optimisation and structured CRO testing
• Own CRM & lifecycle marketing strategy – strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo is essential
• Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
• Oversee email marketing, retention, and remarketing performance
• Deliver best-in-class technical and on-page SEO

Experience:

• Experience managing ecommerce across Benelux, Germany, and the Nordics Highly desirable but not essential
• Strong understanding of localisation, VAT, cross-border shipping, currency, and payments
• Ability to optimise regional storefront performance
• Occasional international travel required
