We are partnering with a well-funded Series A biotech in London that is entering a critical pilot manufacturing phase. They are seeking an Manufacturing Operations Lead to build and own the production planning framework for their expanding manufacturing operation.

Manufacturing Operations Lead responsibilities include:

• Designing and owning the end-to-end pilot manufacturing flow
• Planning and coordinating production across reagent manufacture, cartridge manufacture, kitting, and packaging
• Managing day-to-day execution against plan
• Providing clear visibility of capacity, constraints, and readiness
• Implementing KPIs and scalable planning systems

Experience required:

• Background in pilot, early commercial, or regulated biotech manufacturing

• Strong experience in production planning, operations control, or manufacturing systems
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth, venture-backed environment
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to introduce structure and discipline
