Our Oxfordshire based client (OX14) is recruiting a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer as they embark on an exciting new chapter to establish a brand new Production site and this is a rare opportunity for a talented Engineer to join at the project’s inception.

As one of the division’s founding team members, the Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer will lead the project management of the division’s setup, working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure it is built to meet both current and future needs.

Beyond the build phase, the Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer will take ownership of production processes – ensuring they are robust, fully validated, and continuously evolving. This role sits at the intersection of technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration, with a clear focus on driving seamless transitions from New Product Introduction (NPI) through to series manufacture.

You will be a driven Engineering professional who thrives in a fast-paced, pioneering environment; able to utilise many years of production / manufacturing / process engineering experience.

Experience of establishing new manufacturing operations for batch / serial production would be a key advantage here.
