Junior Analyst required to work in an established finance team and play a key role in transforming data into insight by supporting the creation and ongoing development of business intelligence and management reporting solutions. This role focuses on building clear, reliable reporting tools that deliver accurate, actionable information to stakeholders, helping teams make informed decisions with confidence.

You will:

• Support the flow of data into reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and improve reporting frameworks using best-practice data connections.
• Identify and fix data quality issues to protect reporting integrity.
• Build and maintain clear, interactive BI reports and dashboards for regular and ad-hoc use.

What you’ll need:

• Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
• Confident IT and presentation skills
• Clear communication skills, able to explain data simply
• The ability to work independently and juggle priorities in a fast-paced role
