A fast-growing, advanced manufacturing business is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is a hands-on role in a precision engineering environment, supporting the ongoing development and improvement of a robust AS9100 and ISO9001-compliant quality management system.

You’ll be part of a high-calibre engineering team, helping deliver best-in-class metal components for some of the most demanding sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance AS9100 and ISO9001-compliant QMS
• Conduct internal audits and support external quality assessments
• Analyse process and product data to drive improvements
• Draft and revise operational and quality documentation
• Implement corrective actions and track non-conformances
• Train teams on quality systems and ensure compliance

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Engineering or a related scientific field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a quality-focused role
• Strong analytical mindset and eye for detail
• Experience in a precision manufacturing environment
• Confident working independently and as part of a fast-moving team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Experience in metal additive manufacturing
