What you’ll be doing:
Support the HR team by handling various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

About the company:
Our client, a reputable property management firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Administrator to join their HR team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Process timely and accurate HR administration, including updating systems with data changes (starters, leavers, etc.) and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, setting up induction plans and facilitating the HR induction meeting.
  • Administer probationary reviews, ensuring all follow-up actions are completed.
  • Support the recruitment process.
  • Manage all payroll changes
  • Prepare contracts of employment and ensure the creation of accurate personnel files.
