A large Blue-chip client was in desperate need to fill a crucial role within their department on a temporary basis. The current recruitment agency had a relationship with one of the HR Managers, however this role was now three weeks old and time-sensitive and the client had not received any suitable CVs. The new recruitment manager felt the current agency had become complacent and wanted to get a sanity check on whether this was actually a hard-to-fill role.
The Bond Williams approach
Our very experienced temp recruitment consultant met with the client, gave them an overview of the market, had an honest conversation about the role, agreed it wasn’t a hard one to fill role and that it should not take more than a week. The client agreed their present agency was possibly not giving the role the attention it needed and our experienced recruiter got to work contacting her list of suitable candidates she had already ear-marked upon taking the brief from the client. Within hours she had presented the client with three possible solutions.
The client interviewed the presented candidates and the successful candidate was offered the role after the second interview.
