We’re recruiting for a commercially focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving commercial performance, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key customer relationships
- Lead customer meetings and account reviews
- Deliver revenue and margin targets
- Identify, manage, and convert commercial opportunities and tenders
- Present commercial proposals and new product opportunities
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous Account Management or Key Account Management experience
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing customer accounts and delivering sales growth
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
