The Challenge
A Hampshire client was creating a Marketing Analyst & Researcher role for the first time.
The business required someone with strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently and the capability to undertake detailed market research.
Initially, the client envisaged the position as a 12-month contract, but because it was a new role, some elements of the scope were still being defined.
our Approach
We launched a targeted search and quickly identified a promising candidate.
Following our initial conversation with the candidate, we discussed with the client how their experience could add value and submitted the CV for consideration.
An interview was arranged for the following day.
Throughout the process, we maintained communication between both parties and quickly resolved questions about the role and expectations.
The Outcome
The entire recruitment process was completed in four days.
Only one candidate was presented.
Following two interviews, the client decided to change the position from the original 12-month contract into a permanent appointment.
The candidate was successfully appointed.
