“I always enjoy your events and find them so valuable.”
“Booked and looking forward to hearing the content and chatting with everyone. It’s always lovely to catch up!”
“There were so many valuable takeaways from the discussion!”
“Thank you for putting on this event. I haven’t attended an event for ages where I wasn’t presenting. Interesting to hear about what policies we have to update in the next 18 months. The case discussed really highlights that discrimination and lack of knowledge can HUGELY cost a business.”

Mock Tribunal Event

13 Jun 2023

Bond Williams Professional Recruitment are pleased to welcome back Paul Burton, Employment Partner and Chris Dobbs, Employment Solicitor from Frettens Solicitors along with real barristers from Pump Court Chambers to take us through a mock tribunal.

You will gain an insight into the procedures for employment tribunals and have an opportunity to ask questions.

We ask that you aim to arrive by 8:40am as we will need to start the event at 9am sharp to ensure we have enough time to get through the case.

Pump Court Chambers is ranked by the Legal 500 2023 as a leading set for employment law and is described by clients as ‘an excellent set with talented and bright counsel’, ‘strong in the employment law field’ and ‘attentive and pro-active with experience in all areas of employment law’. The members of our team are recognised by both Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 as leading barristers who cover all areas of employment and discrimination law. This includes discrimination within the context of transport, education and housing, where we have been involved in some of the leading cases that have helped to shape this area of law. Our barristers are regularly instructed to act on behalf of employees and employers in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment-related litigation; from providing expert advice on compliance and drafting contractual terms to representation before the Courts and Employment Tribunals in the UK and overseas on issues such as restrictive covenants and injunctions to protect business interests. Our barristers have extensive experience in public and private-sector case work at all levels. Several of our members sit as part-time Employment Judges and we also have a number of qualified mediators within our team.”
