Division: Temporary Recruitment

Role/Assignment: Urgent Temporary Appointment

The Challenge

A large Bournemouth-based client had an urgent temporary vacancy that needed to be filled quickly.

The business already had a long-standing relationship with another recruitment agency but had become frustrated by the lack of suitable CVs being provided for the time-sensitive requirement.

A new Recruitment Manager approached Bond Williams for an alternative view and faster support.

Our Approach

Our temporary recruitment consultant held a detailed discussion with the client to understand the requirement and provided an overview of the available candidate market.

After reviewing the position, we advised that the vacancy itself should not be particularly difficult to recruit if the search was approached correctly.

Using our existing network of pre-qualified candidates, we identified and presented three viable candidates within hours.

The Outcome

The client quickly interviewed the candidates.

Following a second interview, the successful individual was offered the position.

The successful delivery also resulted in Bond Williams developing a broader recruitment relationship with the client across temporary and permanent recruitment.

Key Results

✔ Three suitable candidates presented within hours

✔ Client able to interview immediately

✔ Successful candidate appointed following a second interview

✔ Requirement delivered after frustration with the incumbent agency
