We’re looking for a Financial Client Servicing Adviser to join an established financial planning business in Bournemouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career with a great company, developing long-term client relationships and providing ongoing financial advice to an established client portfolio.
The role would suit a Level 4 qualified adviser who enjoys the relationship-building side of financial planning rather than actively hunting for new business.

The Role

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of clients.
• Conduct regular client reviews and provide ongoing financial advice.
• Build trusted relationships and identify clients’ changing needs.
• Prepare suitability reports and maintain compliant client records.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the client journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Ideally achieved CAS (Competent Adviser Status), although newly qualified advisers working towards CAS will be considered.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, client-focused approach.
• Access to a car for client visits across Dorset.

Salary & Benefits

• £35,000-£40,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
• 10% annual bonus, subject to performance criteria.
• Additional incentives on new business written.
• Three days per week in the office, ideally Monday, Thursday and Friday.
• Convenient Bournemouth location with excellent public transport links.
