Azure / Databricks Engineer -Southampton/Hybrid-Up to £37.24 ph.

We’re recruiting for an experienced Azure / Databricks Engineer to join a high-profile cloud and data delivery programme.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop secure, scalable cloud solutions using Azure and Databricks.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and software components.
• Develop Databricks modules using Scala and Spark.
• Support DevSecOps, automation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Work collaboratively within Agile delivery teams.

Essential skills:

• Azure Databricks, Scala, and Spark
• Azure DevOps
• Azure Cloud Services (Entra ID, ADLS, ADF, Azure Batch)
• Infrastructure as Code (Bicep)
• Python, PowerShell, and Scala
• DevSecOps and automated security management

Contract Details:

• 6-month contract
• Hybrid working – Southampton office every Wednesday
