Operations Manager- Hampshire-up to £55k
Are you an experienced Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced contact centre environment?
We’re looking for an inspiring leader to take ownership of a busy 24/7 customer operations function, driving operational performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating operational teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Driving performance through KPIs, continuous improvement and effective resource planning.
- Coaching and developing managers and team leaders.
- Managing operational budgets, reporting, and business performance.
- Working closely with senior leadership to support future growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing a contact centre or customer operations team.
- A strong people leader who inspires, develops, and motivates others.
- Commercially aware, analytical and solutions focused.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
