We’re working with a well-established engineering business looking to recruit a Customer Services Manager to join their busy and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to take ownership of key customer accounts, service contracts, and sales support activities. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional customer relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the customer service function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service contracts, quotations, and account administration
• Provide first-class support to existing customers and resolve account queries
• Analyse customer and business data to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Produce regular reports and performance dashboards
• Support the sales team to increase revenue and improve customer retention
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
• Assist with wider office and operational support where required

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a customer service, sales support, or account management role
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident analysing data and producing reports using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive and customer-focused approach
• Able to prioritise workloads and work effectively both independently and within a team
