This role is ideal for someone with strong employee relations experience who can quickly add value and deliver high-quality people support.

About You

• Proven experience managing a range of employee relations matters
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
• Must hold CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
