We’re supporting a client who is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join them on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity, with the potential to extend. This role requires an immediate start.
This is a hands-on role requiring confidence in managing change processes and advising stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting business-wide transformation activity, including organisational change
- Leading and supporting consultation processes
- Providing clear, confident advice on HR policies and employment legislation
- Managing employee relations cases and supporting line managers
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confident handling of consultations
- Experience supporting organisational change and restructures
- Confident communicator, able to engage and advise stakeholders effectively
- Available to start at short notice
This is an office-based role, with some flexibility around working patterns (including the potential for a condensed 4-day week).
