We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join a busy sales team in Poole. This role combines customer service with day-to-day administrative tasks.
A varied role in a busy sales environment with opportunities to develop and make a real impact on customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and on time
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and webchat
- Follow up on quotes, failed orders, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Support internal teams to resolve queries
- Identify opportunities to upsell products
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and professional phone manner
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous customer service or administrative experience
- This role will offer Hybrid working after the first year due to training.
Hours & Benefits
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- On-site parking available
