HR Business Partner – New Forest – FTC-Up to £38k
We are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner for a fixed-term contract in New Forest, starting immediately until December 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR business partner support including employee relations, performance management, and organisational change.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects, policy development, and HR/Payroll system implementations.
- Coach and support managers, manage complex ER cases, and drive talent management and succession planning.
- Represent HR at key meetings, including recruitment, investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualified (or working towards) with proven HRBP/generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and organisational change.
- Experience in the public or education sector is advantageous but not essential.
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £38,000 per annum
