Temporary Accounts Data Entry Assistant (ERP Implementation) required for a company on the outskirts of Salisbury. They are implementing a new Accounting & Costing ERP system and need a temporary assistant to help the finance team input historical financial data. This is a hands-on, office-based role focused mainly on purchase ledger and sales ledger data entry, ensuring records from January-March 2026 are accurately captured in the new system.

4-6 week contract

Full Time

Start Date: 16 March 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Input purchase and sales invoices
  • Backfill financial data for Jan-Mar 2026
  • Reconcile entered information with existing records
  • Support the finance team during ERP implementation
  • Assist with general finance administration

Essential

  • Experience in accounts data entry or finance administration
  • Understanding of purchase ledger and sales ledger processes
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high volumes of data

Desirable

  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Experience with system implementations or data migrations
