Conversion Rate Optimisation Coordinator – London SE1 – Temp – £12.24
A temporary Conversion Rate Optimisation Coordinator is required to join a busy marketing and customer engagement team at our client’s London office. This role will support conversion and engagement activity through targeted communications and outreach.

What you will be doing:

• Developing, writing, compiling, and scheduling targeted “keep warm” emails to support customer conversion
• Writing and producing marketing emails for ongoing campaign activity
• Creating engaging content to support wider conversion and retention initiatives
• Coordinating and participating in outbound calling campaigns to prospective customers
• Assisting with webinars, in-person events, and other engagement activities
• Supporting the analysis of campaign and event data to assess effectiveness
• Providing general support across various marketing and conversion projects as required

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in email marketing, including using platforms like Mailchimp
• Background in marketing, communications, or customer engagement roles
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
• Creative mindset and ability to contribute to design and content development
• Confident with social media platforms and producing multimedia content
• Friendly and professional communication skills – both by phone and in person
• Excellent customer service approach and team-oriented attitude

Hours and benefits:

• Up to 36.25 hours per week
• Hybrid working with occasional requirement to attend the London office
• Immediate start available
