Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of four in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for safety, quality, production planning, and team management, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

As Production Supervisor Key Responsibilities Include:

• Enforce health & safety standards and drive compliance
• Maintain quality control and reduce defects
• Oversee production schedules and resource allocation
• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team
• Identify process improvements and optimize efficiency

Experience required:

• 3-5 years in manufacturing, with 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of production processes, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
