Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for customer service and order management? We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to ensure smooth order processing, resolve shipment issues, and improve customer satisfaction.

As Customer Service Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
  • Liaise with warehouses, logistics, and internal teams to resolve order and shipment issues.
  • Support customer service and sales teams by handling order inquiries and escalations.
  • Manage complex accounts, process replacements and returns, and ensure export control compliance.
  • Perform system testing and updates on Microsoft Dynamics D365.
  • Analyse order processing and shipments to identify and implement improvements.

Experience required:

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or order processing.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and D365 preferred).
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
