Unlocking the Power of Neuroinclusion: Practical Strategies for the Workplace

17 Jun 2025

Join us at our next Bond Williams seminar with Hayley Brackley of Great Minds Don’t for an insightful and engaging session exploring the business case and practicalities of neuroinclusion.

Did you know that more than 20% of the population is neurodivergent? Despite this, many organisations unintentionally miss out on the incredible skills and perspectives neurodivergent individuals bring to the workplace. In this session, Hayley will guide us through the key elements of neuroinclusion, covering:

  • Why neurodiverse teams are good for business.
  • Strategies for attracting and retaining neurodiverse talent.
  • How to create a workplace where everyone can thrive.
  • Supporting managers to foster an inclusive culture.
  • Understanding the risks of inaction, including legal implications.

With practical examples and actionable insights, this seminar will leave you feeling informed, inspired, and ready to create positive change in your workplace.

Hayley Brackley is an experienced coach, consultant, and trainer, specialising in neurodivergence and workplace inclusion. With over two decades of lived experience as an autistic, ADHD, and dyslexic professional, combined with a background in organisation development Hayley brings a unique perspective to her work.
