We’re currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst to join an innovative, high-growth technology and manufacturing business based at Harwell Campus, Didcot on a temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical supply chain professional to support planning, inventory management, and operational performance within a fast-paced environment. Suitable for early career within Supply Chain.

Supply Chain Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse supply chain, inventory, and demand data to support business decisions.
• Produce and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Support forecasting and planning activities.
• Identify risks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Operations teams.
• Support inventory optimisation and supply continuity initiatives.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a Supply Chain Analyst, Demand Planner, Inventory Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business.
