We’re working with a growing design-led business in Ferndown looking to recruit a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join their expanding creative team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced designer with a passion for trend-led product development, branding, and packaging. Working closely with senior stakeholders and product teams, you’ll transform creative concepts into commercially successful designs, helping shape innovative collections for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and event-led design ideas
• Create high-quality visuals, mock-ups, and packaging concepts
• Research market trends and translate insights into innovative designs
• Collaborate with product, licensing, and marketing teams on new developments
• Present creative concepts and support customer pitches
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative creative culture

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience within graphic design, packaging, branding, or product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts and trend-led design work
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience producing CADs, mock-ups, or 3D visualisations
• Commercially aware with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience within consumer products, retail, FMCG, or licensed products is advantageous
