We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Receptionist & Administrator to join a busy education environment on a temporary ongoing basis.
As the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors, and external stakeholders, you will provide a professional reception service while supporting a variety of administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing front-of-house reception services.
  • Answering and directing telephone enquiries.
  • Handling post, deliveries, and general administration.
  • Maintaining records and updating databases.
  • Ordering office supplies and coordinating services.
  • Supporting events, inductions, and administrative projects.
  • Assisting with building access, security procedures, and emergency protocols.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers.

About You

  • Previous administration and customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
  • Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach.
