We’re working with a well-established legal practice looking to recruit a Legal Administrator / Receptionist to join their busy and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration or customer service experience who is looking to develop a career within the legal sector. Offering a varied role, you’ll provide administrative support to the Company Commercial team whilst ensuring the smooth running of reception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, audio typing, and file management
  • Monitor emails and assist with client enquiries via phone and email
  • Support billing, invoicing, and compliance-related administration
  • Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems
  • Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, post, and meeting room arrangements
  • Assist with general office administration and day-to-day support tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous administration, office, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
  • Professional telephone manner and customer-focused approach
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
