We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Operations Associate to join a growing manufacturing team. This role goes beyond standard operations, you’ll be involved in process improvement, troubleshooting, and optimisation.

Technical Operations Associate responsibilities include:

• Operate processes across assembly, kitting, and packaging
• Follow SOPs and support process improvements
• Identify and troubleshoot process issues
• Assist with root cause analysis and equipment operation
• Maintain accurate manufacturing records

Experience required:

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, or similar
• Experience in manufacturing, lab, or technical environments
• ISO13485 / ISO9001 exposure
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team
