We are seeking Manufacturing Process Technicians to support our manufacturing operation. Based at our London site, this is a hands-on, on-site role working closely with the Manufacturing, Process & Equipment teams.

You will be responsible for operating manufacturing processes while supporting process improvements, troubleshooting, and the development of more efficient ways of working.

This is not a traditional operator role – you will play an active part in understanding how the process works and contributing to its ongoing optimisation.

Manufacturing Process Technician responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing processes across component handling, assembly, and kitting and packaging
• Follow and contribute to standard work and SOPs
• Support manufacturing execution, data acquisition, and line improvements
• Identify and escalate process issues and deviations
• Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Support equipment operation and basic maintenance activities
• Contribute to process improvements and optimisation activities
• Assist in the development and testing of new processes
• Ensure accurate completion of manufacturing records
• Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and control

The ideal Manufacturing Process Technician wll have:

• Experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, or technical environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Practical, hands-on mindset with problem-solving ability
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
