HR & Recruitment Administrator – Bournemouth | Temp | £13.93 per hour

We’re seeking a proactive HR & Recruitment Administrator to support a busy HR team in Bournemouth. This is an ongoing temporary role with potential to become permanent, requiring an immediate start.

Key Duties

  • Support recruitment: advertising roles, managing applications, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
  • Administer HR processes including contracts, absence tracking, and payroll updates
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance (including DBS checks)
  • Coordinate staff absences and training requirements
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements

  • Previous admin experience (HR/recruitment desirable)
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work to deadlines

Details

  • Monday-Friday, 08:30am-3:30pm
  • £13.93 per hour
  • Immediate start | DBS required
