Recruitment / HR Project Coordinator – Temp – Poole – £17.72 per hour
We are currently seeking a proactive and organised HR Officer / Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident managing end-to-end recruitment processes and enjoys improving systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment processes from start to finish, including job advertising, shortlisting, and interview coordination
- Supporting hiring managers with interview preparation and guidance
- Drafting and refining job descriptions and person specifications
- Maintaining and updating HR systems (ideally iTrent)
- Developing and improving recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance throughout the hiring lifecycle
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR and recruitment coordination
- Confident managing processes end-to-end with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with databases and HR systems (iTrent experience desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- CIPD qualification desirable but not essential
This is a temporary ongoing role, ideal for someone who is systems-savvy, highly organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, recruitment-focused environment.
Hours: 30 per week (across 4-5 days)
