Temporary Accounts Data Entry Assistant (ERP Implementation) required for a company on the outskirts of Salisbury. They are implementing a new Accounting & Costing ERP system and need a temporary assistant to help the finance team input historical financial data. This is a hands-on, office-based role focused mainly on purchase ledger and sales ledger data entry, ensuring records from January-March 2026 are accurately captured in the new system.
4-6 week contract

Key Responsibilities
- Input purchase and sales invoices
- Backfill financial data for Jan-Mar 2026
- Reconcile entered information with existing records
- Support the finance team during ERP implementation
- Assist with general finance administration
Essential
- Experience in accounts data entry or finance administration
- Understanding of purchase ledger and sales ledger processes
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volumes of data
Desirable
- Experience using ERP systems
- Experience with system implementations or data migrations
