HR Advisor – Northwest (Home Based, – Up to £40,000 DOE
Immediate Start – 3-Month Contract (Potential to Extend)

Our client, a dynamic organisation with multiple sites across the North West, is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to deliver hands-on recruitment support, provide HR guidance, and assist the HRBP with training initiatives.

The Role:

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring accurate and timely HR transactions.
• Advise on HR policies, employee relations, and people management issues.
• Support the HRBP with training and development initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems and employee records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and ways of working.
• Promote an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
• Keep up to date with employment law and best practice.

About You:

• Previous HR administration or advisory experience, ideally in fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Must be able to work remotely and travel across the Northwest.
• Immediate availability.

Qualifications:

• HR qualification (e.g., CIPD), relevant degree, or equivalent experience.

Package:

• Full-time, remote role with travel across the North West.
• Salary up to £40,000 doe
• 3-month contract with potential to extend.
• Immediate start
