HR Advisor – Northwest (Home Based, – Up to £40,000 DOE
Immediate Start – 3-Month Contract (Potential to Extend)
Our client, a dynamic organisation with multiple sites across the North West, is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to deliver hands-on recruitment support, provide HR guidance, and assist the HRBP with training initiatives.
The Role:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring accurate and timely HR transactions.
- Advise on HR policies, employee relations, and people management issues.
- Support the HRBP with training and development initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems and employee records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and ways of working.
- Promote an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
- Keep up to date with employment law and best practice.
About You:
- Previous HR administration or advisory experience, ideally in fast-paced operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Must be able to work remotely and travel across the Northwest.
- Immediate availability.
Qualifications:
- HR qualification (e.g., CIPD), relevant degree, or equivalent experience.
Package:
- Full-time, remote role with travel across the North West.
- Salary up to £40,000 doe
- 3-month contract with potential to extend.
- Immediate start
