HR Advisor – Poole – Salary up to £40k

What you’ll be doing:
In this dynamic, high-impact role, you’ll be at the heart of our people agenda – driving best practice, solving problems, and supporting every corner of the business. Expect variety, pace and plenty of influence:

1. Leading and resolving ER cases with confidence – disciplinaries, grievances, absences, redundancies & more
2. Owning the full recruitment cycle: job specs, interviews, feedback and seamless onboarding
3. Managing the entire employee lifecycle from start to finish
4. Keeping HRIS data accurate, insightful and reliable
5. Coordinating benefits, inductions and essential HR administration
6. Supporting HR projects and contributing to policy development
7. Providing accurate payroll information
8. Enhancing culture by organising company-wide social events

What you’ll bring:
We’re after a genuine team player with strong values, excellent judgement, and a hands-on approach to HR. You’ll bring:

1. Solid HR experience and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
2. CIPD qualification (or working towards it) would be a strong advantage
3. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust at every level
4. Outstanding organisation – calm, structured and always ahead of the game
5. A solutions-focused mindset, confidentiality, and pride in delivering quality HR support
