“There were so many valuable takeaways from the discussion!”
“Thank you for putting on this event. I haven’t attended an event for ages where I wasn’t presenting. Interesting to hear about what policies we have to update in the next 18 months. The case discussed really highlights that discrimination and lack of knowledge can HUGELY cost a business.”

Annual Employment Law Update March 2026

18 Mar 2026

Join Bond Williams Professional Recruitment for our FREE Annual Employment Law Update for 2026, presented by Paul Burton, Director of Employment Law at ViewHR. Paul will provide a comprehensive overview of the latest developments and key updates in employment law, covering both new and existing legislation.

In particular, Paul will cover the top employment law cases from 2025 – 2026 as well as legislation changes either already brought in or being brought in by the new Employment Rights Act 2025.  This followed on from the Employment Rights Bill introduced by the Labour government in October 2024.  There is bound to be a lot to talk about and discuss as the proposals are constantly changing as time goes on.

With nearly 20 years of experience as an employment solicitor, Paul is widely respected for his deep expertise in employment law and human resources. He regularly delivers training sessions on topics such as performance management and managing sickness absence.

A long-standing member of the Employment Lawyers Association, Paul has been consistently recognised in the Legal 500, a leading independent legal directory. His specialisms include both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, such as unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, disability discrimination, TUPE, settlement agreements, and drafting contracts and policies.

NOTE: These events are for Business Owners, HR functions and employees whose roles are directly or indirectly related to HR functions.  If you do not fit these criteria, you may not be eligible to attend.
