Marketing Manager – Southampton – Up to £55k DOE
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to drive tenant attraction, retention, and brand growth. This is a varied, hands-on role and a real mix of digital and traditional marketing.
You’ll lead campaigns across digital, print, and events, manage brand consistency, attract and retain tenants, and track performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies across digital, print, and events.
- Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Plan campaigns to attract high-growth potential start-ups and support tenant retention.
- Maintain website and digital content, and collaborate on social media, newsletters, and press communications.
- Track KPIs and measure campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, property, or business development.
- Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, PPC, social media, content creation).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
